@Jeannette Tang A great way to house hack these days is to rent a 2-5 bedroom unit and Airbnb the rest of the rooms to other guests, the cash flow will be very high compared to a regular rental property, but it will not be comfortable doing it with a spouse because there is not a lot of privacy.

Hello fellow members- I have a problematic tenant who pays on time but has created other issues with noise and guests and now, a broken window!

I was able to confirm the corporation status of the latter. 

Just keep in mind that that cost is usually passed onto your guest. 

Also her mother is a long-term guest at this point.

@Taha Tekreeti - Books is where I'm a behind the curve, but guests on podcasts do mention their top 5 and that helps you.

OOS investors except some we have meet at meetups in the Bay Area were I was a guest speaker and we liked.. the others we refer to agents in her office.

Honestly, I don't mind too much personally but it almost seems as if she's "moved in" and I don't want my guest to become a tenant.Still being new & unfamiliar with investing and house hacking in general, is this something I should address before it gets too out of hand?
