I have like 10,000 competing sites in Miami, Fort Lauderdale.

I have been looking at areas to invest within a couple hours drive and the Cape Coral Fort Myers has peaked my interest.

I just need guest communication help so I can unplug once in a while and not necessarily 24/7 - any recommendations on companies/individuals that offer this service, quick response times and can just hold down the fort and not at a ridiculous rate? 

It’s seeing a lot of the overflow in job growth from Fort Gordon and Augusta University.

I personally have long term rentals in Fort Walton Beach that have done amazing. 

I've only looked at Fort Worth & Dallas proper.

I used to live in one of the most exclusive enclaves in Florida, Hillsboro Mile, where the starting price for a oceanfront home now is in the multiple 8 figures, same for Fort Lauderdale, but within our investing lifetime entry price point was in the low seven figures. 

It will be in the Fort Worth area and I plan on utilizing my VA loan pending everything lines up.

Right now if I were going to house hack all things being equal, & depending on price point I’d look southern pg county, Fort Washington, temple hills etc.
