Hello all, Just curious, if you could control what topics BP authors were writing more about on the blog, what would you want to see more of?

Can you recommend a couple authors and why they motivate you.Thanks!

@David Toupin & @Robb Smedema,Not to long ago, I had the idea that I would get money in residential so that I could then start my focus on commercial... someone asked me if you want to do commercial why are you screwing around trying to wholesale, that isn't what you really want so the motivation isn't going to be there and you are just wasting your time.Fast foward 6 months and now I work for one of the biggest banks in the world in their multifamily lending unit, learning from the people who do this day in day out, meeting the biggest players in the game.I have read a lot of posts authored by @Joel Owens and I have to admit the dude knows his sh*t (excuse my french bp)my advice, figure out specifically what you want to do in commercial do you want to own just multi family, do you want to own big box retail spaces, do you want to own shopping centers, do you want to own office centers or buildings???

I would be skeptical without attorney authorization but attorney is not a must have just a good/great thing to have.

Hi guys, I wanted to get a feel for what are some decent housing authorities to work with in SE Michigan?

I don't believe they have the authority to charge something like this.

Go get added as an authorized user on a loved one's credit card that they've had for a zillion years and never missed a payment on.

.- You have to be careful who you put in your property, if you got people that is doing bad stuff (selling drugs, etc) you can get your property held up by the authority for investigation (just what happened to my neighbor a couple of weeks ago and the property is in B area).- Yes, you can get a property management that will not charge for filling vacancies (even though it will be hard), be careful that they will not just put any tenant just to fill in the gaps.

They are the authorities at a local level that oversee septic and injection wells.As far as tying into a city system, if the drainage is not above the city storm water system, then you will need to install a mechanical lift, to get the water up enough to drain. 

But I didn't have the power/authority to make a difference and change things around.Real estate will give me the opportunity to have a project/source of income I can truly call my own.I will use bigger pockets as an educational resource.If you read this I hope you have an amazing day.
