Do you hand write the signs or use printed?

Now, because we did this without anything in writing (lesson learned) we did resign the house and that morning the current tenant changed her mind and wanted to stay. 

I was looking at stuff in Port Coquitlam online today which got me thinking enough to write this post.Also, the new Bosa property in New West look nice but I imagine buying brand new isn't a great investment idea.Where do you invest? 

Do they write you a check for the assessed value of your home?

I have it in writing,  witnessed and do a walk through of the home with them and make sure they are clear on the terms.  

Knows the current laws and helped save me thousands in write offs and depreciations 

"Oh,we have had quite the traffic we even have someone interested who is an insurance relocation, they will pay 200 dollars more but it is only a 6 month lease...don't worry though you will come out on top with the extra 200" This really got to me (in a bad way) I didn't even write back.

I would ask the seller if one of the tenants  maybe already wanted to move or would be willing to if not write it as part of the deal and the seller would either have to get them out somehow or find another buyer.

If they want some ridiculous number, then you can write them off without wasting your time.

My experience with contractors start with in writing and pay only 1/3 up front, 1/3 better than half of the work done, last payment when they finish with no returns necessary after inspection to fix something they missed or messed up.
