Thanks for input - He's insisting that because it's a DSCR loan, and because the size of the deal is too small to go into their "Portfolio Loan" product, that it has to be two separate loans.

If it's only 1 unit, and you are just starting,  Airbnb and Furnished Finder would be good.FF has a very small yearly fee and airbnb will take a commission, but it will also get you used to both.

well. lower tax's generally helps RE and business as a whole. will have to see if they come up with something specific like the cost seg rules that are redy to sunset.
