I want to pay back that LoC cause I’m getting smash with the interest at 8.5 percent killing me.The property also has a 3.6 percent interest i assumed for 3 more years what’s the best options for me please help.

The neat thing about buying the STR subsequently, is that you can use estimated short-term rental income to help qualify for the STR purchase, but only if you purchase the STR after your primary (not the other way around - see Scenario 1 above).
