Not sure how to add photos.

As others have said if you can't then you could just consider selling, that is a way to unlock that equity. 

All lightbulbs have now been replaced with LEDs, Photo cells have replaced timers, motion sensors have been added to all offices.

But if it is difficult to get a photo, and on top of that it is a carpet located where carpet is really not appropriate...that's pretty normal.So like you said, I wouldn't charge them for it....and I would personally look for some closeout Vinyl flooring or someone trying to get rid of 50 SF on craigslist and throw that in on a Sat so you don't end up with a damp floor that damages the framing.

I have email permission from the owner and I plan on posting ads that say "coming soon" with details and photos of the property to gauge interest in it. 

Other than the sort of hokey website, and fantasy terms.....if you google search the photo  (looks like a stock photo copied from some site, like the rest of the photos on the site) of “Frank Portillo”, you will find that exact photo that is supposedly Keith Alnwick, the principle of Alnwick Consultng, a defunct company.Need we say more?

One property stopped paying, they say it is in foreclosure, but from the photos on realtor. com, the property looks renovated and nice.

I would add to the list: photos of license plates & vehicles.
