I am thankful for the exchange of ideas from all over the country and world.The collective wisdom is amazing really and those that take the time to share that wisdom with the BP members.

@Lucas Miller might have some words of wisdom for a day one tenant eviction, he went through a similar issue.

There's wisdom in the earlier advice, for sure. 

It is helpful to hear the wisdom of those with experience. 

I appreciate some words of wisdom.

Knowing when to keep quiet (that's wisdom all the way),  being persistent and working several housing markets at a time are all highly admirable, imo.

I'm looking to purchase my first investment property out-of-state while also working a full-time job and I'd love to talk to you about your experience and any words of wisdom you might have more. 

I know I have a lot to learn and am eager to jump in and soak up some wisdom.
