This clause allows parties to back out of a contract due to "Acts of God" or by events that are outside the control of either party (flood, tornado, war, etc.) - consult your attorney to see if this applies in your case.Unless there's a valid contractual reason for backing out, your deposits are at risk.

Hi Geetha,I ventured out on a drive tonite before dark (Sunday) and normally vibrant hustling Austin was a almost a ghost town.Restaurant parking lots empty or almost empty, hardly any cars on the road at all compared to normal.Freeways wide open and clear, hardly any traffic noise at all.It wasn't quite the Key and Peele Apocalypse, but it was eerie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?
