If you so happen to make decisions on the origination which warrant a discount it can be tough to correct those post origination.

You have to study and know your material.

It sure seems easy for "investors" to say that the people out there doing the leg work by talking to the inspectors, getting the comps, and detailing down to the screw a material list isn't doing enough to try and establish a business relationship.

It's a tough call.

It may be worth your while to take some state exam prep courses to learn the language, material, and question styles of the exam.
