@Noel Dixon The most overlooked thing I see when people talk about assumable mortgages is that, if you can get approved by the lender holding the mortgage, you will need to bring the difference between the loan and purchase price in cash.

The liability issue concerns me, but I’m thinking with a trust holding each property limits it to just that property.

I have several BRRRR's that I've completed over the course of time and as I'm sure many other long term buy and hold investors experience, I have several people wanting to "invest with me" or in my deals.
