I think that at the very least, my argument here shows that it is a debatable topic and that a reasonable person could conclude that there are indeed strong advantages to operating real estate assets under your own name.

I would say that Montana is great for rentals (strong rental market) but not so easy to find deals.

I'm looking more for advice on whether or not I should take a deal that gives us a strong equity position over a deal that keeps us more cash at the end of the month. 

There could be strong logic so it might be the right decision.

After the class, I had the clearest understanding of the entire procedure involved and I strongly suggest even experienced wholesalers take the class.
