I would be very interested in just getting to meet some investors that are quite a bit more seasoned than me and have experience and advice for what is to come and what they have gone through.

I have no real estate experience, but I am looking to venture into it.

I see what you are saying for going the attorney route, but in my experience they don't have your best interest in mind.

In my experience, after the sale on the courthouse steps, the Clerk or the Sheriff gives a Certificate of Title or Sherriff's deed, without warranties, to the highest bidder.
