Does anyone  have advice/tips for lending  options  . 

I see people doing them in florida, then realize they still have to do a complete foreclosure and get upset about it because they followed some guru or bad advice here on BP. 

Absolutely take no legal advice from anyone offering it to you on the forums, there is a lot at play here. 

Im looking for any truck driver or previous truck driver that can possible give advice primarily but open to opinions and suggestions. 

I can make lender recommendations, but one piece of advice I tend to give is check out the 203k endorsement summary (just google it)HUD each month puts out a list of lenders that have written 203k loans in each market.

Honestly, it's from studying hard and actually implementing much of the advice of gurus like Dave Ramsey and Robert Kiyosaki, and people here on Bigger Pockets and other financial podcasts and books. 

For marketing and entrepreneurship, "Marketing School" with Neil Patel and Eric Siu offers quick, actionable marketing advice.

I need some advice, I continue to learn everyday, listen to podcasts, read ect but I still find myself unsure of what to do next.Basically im 22 I have 3 properties I own that are STR and all BRRRR'S besides one that is free and clear due to it being old family land that was vacant but had basically a 500 squarefoot teardown on it.
