Should I request a special type of water penetration inspection?

I was picking between Rocket Dollar, Alto, Equity Trust, Specialized Trust and wanted to know what y'all thought or if you had other providers you'd suggest?

Very few people specialize in those property types.

I think it's mostly attributed to post lockdown demand.

That's an anecdote, but it highlights that there's nothing special or magical there, lots of regional banks made similar decisions in 2020, and the big banks too: for a while, Wells Fargo would only do your "jumbo" refinance if you had $1,000,000 in a WF account. 2020 was an interesting "stress test" for a lot of things, it turns out.

There is still so much room in this category for niche specialization.

Can't figure that out, but I like it.Yep, this has come up before......I (And others) attribute it to the fact that VRBO attracts more older folks while AIR is the domain of millenials.
