I don't feel it's out of some "social justice" or "Landlords sticking together singing Kumbaya" or anything :)  Our system is fairly consistent here and results move along quick enough.

For Morris to protest he didn't know what was happening now...it's a classic Big Lie....in the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility; because the broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods.Adolf HitlerKeep in mind the social justice angle he played IE D class tenants are better than A class and we are providing work force housing and proud to turn neighborhoods around etc etc. with no clue the risk that tenant base creates for owners that are not right on top of their portfolio like you are.
