Hello all,In recent weeks the city of Chicago hit us with administrative court violations (450 Superior or 95th Ave Courts) on a couple of properties. 

That change happened in one week! 

Just fyi, I tried with Sonora a few weeks ago and wasn't successful with them for a SFR.

I also listed it with VRBO.com which has been good for the in-between monthly rentals ( I find they typically book a weekend to 6 weeks stay)  but they do take a hefty fee when people book through them.

You've still got 2 weeks to get this together so it's certainly not impossible.

Maybe invite him to coffee in a week?

Hi BP,Last week my contractor informed me that he has requested to enlarge one of the rooms in the house, but explained to me that if I add a closet I will end up expending more money than intended.
