Sadly, Hartford is the opposite of all that as it has been in post-industrial terminal decline for a long time, without much hope of real change coming anytime soon.

Sadly though I let the intimidation of getting off the ground get to me and I fizzled out fairly fast.

Sadly even if you hear I sold the contract, you have to wait 8 days for him to fail now.

But guess what .. it is sad that people would burn not me burn good thing about it all is that law and order tough to me keep a paper trail I payed check every time..... so u think I can’t due a motion to the court I mean I know it was droped  to show I paid and the paper that show that I left because he was not renewing a year later

Sadly you have to be firm but fair and put aside her drama and just be a landlord.  

It just makes me sad to see widow left to deal with the mess. 

The biggest set back is these houses are pretty sad.

I'm sad I missed the Meetup, I'm gonna try and make it next month.

It's sad to watch them not able to do the simplest things. 

All that work and no pay makes for a long and sad road to wealth especially when you are feeding the thing that is supposed to be feeding you.
