Seemed like she would be a person that would be a pain in the arse.Questions when they show up like where is the main water shut off would be good.  

What happens when a major event occurs, factory shuts down, migration, local laws change, and so on.  

My parents had thier line replaced with pex. it was a 30' plus run. the company that did it didnt trench. they used some type of system where they pulled it through the existing hole. slick IMO. they dug down near rhe main shut off and attatched it to the pipe, I didnt see it but I would have paid money to see how they did it. 

Who among us hasn't, with frustration, come across a door that sticks or rubs and has to be pushed shut or pulled open with force? 

Joel,  i appreciate your response my property is brand new construction of 8,500 sf . have leased 50% to a restaurant franchise and a epic pharmacy. i have done more marketing myself than my agent . i have 2 spaces vacant 1,800 sf and 2,200 sf . i have no problem if i get lower rent since i already make a positive cash flow now.the issue is my agent isn't producing . maybe smaller broker  firms are best for smaller projects.
