My rough estimation is $3,000 in renovation, that includes the side skirting and siding and carpet and new laminate in the kitchen.

I was going to suggest the same as Anthony if you dont want them in the buildings while renovating.

All of this saves time for the C Buyer because they don't have to spend all of that time and do all of that work to find a good property for them to renovate and sell.

But a TK “provider” will typically set up their business model to match an investor up with a property/situation that meets their specific investing objectives (whether from their own portfolio of renovated buildings or network of trusted colleagues). 

Hello BP, I'm currently in search of a single family to close on in the next 60 days located in the 32225, 32246,32224, and 32256 zip codes I'm looking for at least 3/2 1300sqft 2 car garage priced below $200k that  would require rehab/renovation or possibly turnkey. 

If you pull a HELOC ona  rental and use it to renovate that rental, deductible as improvement/acquisition debt on that rental. 

It's hard to renovate I a single family while living there but more possible with a duplex triplex, etc.
