I am removing carpet from a dining room and living room and flowing the wood all across an open floor plan.

After signing he wanted to see for himself and removed the cover breaking it,  He wants to change the locks because a former tenant visited his neighbors and remarked to him that the lock looked the same.  

The previous owner was doing lawn and snow removal and paying for trash and water.

Ask the tenants to remove the animals.I have a lot of equity in this property, so I am contemplating giving 30 day notice and selling the place to alleviate the HOA issues and put my money somewhere else as I don't think the HOA issues will ever stop due to his goal of getting them all out of the neighborhood.  

In my city, the city provides for trash removal. 

Shortly thereafter, the price dive-bombed to $9,900, and the listing was removed the next day.  

@Chad Brumley and @Doug Vigliano Don't know if you guys have had this issue, but my posts keep getting flagged for removal! 

Now he is looking for about 350k and just from research ive been doing from comparables it seems like a decent price but it will need MAJOR renovations starting from paving the entire park, landscaping,tree removal, and some of the homes are in very poor condition that we will need to basically just get rid of.

How much would it cost to texture each wall in a bathroom if I removed the mirror?

Or just have the whole thing removed?
