Any thoughts of increase visibility for a rental property in Virginia?

somehow this almost never works out; eventually the property sells for something close to land value.  

For those who have gotten insurance claim renters using Ale Solutions I'm curious how many have paid for the Preferred Landlord Program vs just registering your property for free.

I'm looking forward to eventually managing a portfolio of rental properties, though I'm still exploring the best locations.If anyone has any tips or resources, feel free to send them my way.

In fact, now may be the best time of the year to buy properties due to reduced buyer competition and seller motivation (those selling now are probably committed.)

The aspect of buying and selling without the headache of repair, remodel or tenant issues is what I find the most appealing.
