I had a post once here on BP to ask people about their LLC and asset protection stories, or something that "happened to a friend" - it had a huge amount of replies, but no good stories. 

If they do not, then post this same question in the Mississippi Real Estate Investor Facebook group page.  

Ask to see the previous year’s P&L, Ask about previous peak seasons, ask them to share a copy of the emails from all previous guests (For marketing and Follow-up promotions).
