We have been looking for another property to flip and either the profits aren't there or another offer beat us to the draw.

If a customer doesn't respect the fact that you are entitled to a fair profit for work completed, they'll just badger you and nickel and dime you on every project going forward.

Specifically, how close is it to major commuter roads, what are the ratings of the schools in the area, what new businesses are expanding or moving into the area, have any new franchises recently opened within a 2 miles radius of the neighborhood, and what is the crime?
