On a different note, how do you link a post to an individual?

I know there was a product at Home Depot that was getting rave reviews but I can't remember the name of it now. 

If they are comfortable with income/wealth, better motivations would be a redeployment of capital or investing in stocks/bonds?

You’re not getting offers because they want you to make the first move to indicate you are motivated into selling at any price you can get now.

Here's a few from me:1- Code Enforcement: Houses with lots of violation tend to have motivated sellers.2- Driving For Dollars: Driving the block seeing what has uncut lawns and a deferred maintenance.QUESTION: If it's vacant, how do you guys contact the owners?

I came across a motivated absentee seller that lives out of state.

Seller: - Anything they say over $100k means they are not motivated.

My motivation to start out buying and renting out properties is growing day by day but I am looking for any guidance and advice on how to move forward with a few properties that I predict with not only grow in value in the near future to sell but to provide consistent cash flow month to month. 

An exception is if a market has over demand and a short supply for that product type then it can still sustain itself.This is just what I saw in the last down cycle.
