I'm definitely open to revisiting meetups, but I almost feel I'd be better off attending a meetup where you have to pay so I can interact with more serious investors. 

How do tenants feel about shared living spaces versus more private accommodations?

Most standard contracts have terms for the seller to deliver the property in the same condition, free of personal property, debris, etc., so if you have doubts that your seller plans to do that, maybe reach out and ask if the storm caused any damage that will delay closing, to make them aware you’re not going to accept new storm damage.

I personally use private investors to fund all my flip deals and bank financing for commercial buy and hold deals.

How do you feel about the area just south of downtown Saint Pete now that the Tropicana project has been approved?
