I looked at land and on same street there are rentals renting for 200 less than people being advertised higher I'm like wow people are going to be taken advantage of. that was in October I'm sure it's even worse now 

The people willing to live there have made horrible tenants.

That does not mean people should fear offering any amenities with their STVR.

Most people don't want to hold their note for 30 years outside of a lender.

Cold calling foreclosures and preforeclosures is not for new people for one specific reason.

I would love to hear some first hand experience with someone that does not have any direct relationship with the company.

It allows me to meet amazing people and help other business owners succeed.I think Real Estate will do the same!

I didn't make much money, but the most valuable aspect of the experience for me was learning how to find crafts people, acting as my own general contractor, and then learning what order in which to do repairs and improvements.

@Connor GoldenInvesting in mid-term homes means you look at what people need, how much they'll pay, how often it's rented, how much homes cost, and what's trending.
