I tend to divide this by character of the income, parties involved, and nature of the risk, as well as the client's apatite for risk.  

I have gained much knowledge and confidence from this site and community already and am hoping to do so again.Do any of you investors/landlords who do business in places that have had or are at high risk for natural disasters take special financial precautions for yourself AFTER the disaster has passed?

Grandson's adaption, if it complied with WA law, makes him legally the same as a natural born child as far as inheritance.   

A would have to be the nicest subdivisions and they are 7 figure homes, Beautiful place truly.

The other is a pool area fence that has a steep hill that works normally as a natural wall.  

The firms we've contacted that have expertise in both countries want a lot of money just to advise us on the correct way to set it up, then there's of course going to be additional expense setting it up, then naturally ongoing expenses to maintain the corporation. 

They look beautiful as they are and would save me some cash and hassle.

@Cassi Justiz Will take your advise and start squick even more...it is against my nature...but I guess this is also a trait one need to learn to keep on track in this business.Being an architect I made sure everything is lined up and so far happy to say none of the delays were caused by me...yet still 1 month behind with no end in sight...weather was part of his excuses so far...'
