@Philip Ma Thanks for the reply and really pumped to hear from someone actually exercising the plan I have been thinking about.

In due time, I will better understand my strong-points, and likewise what I need to work on.Besides working as a mortgage loan officer - which is quite time consuming, if you could imagine - I love passing time with my friends/family/significant other, running/exercising/kickboxing, and cooking new dishes (big Tex-Mex guy, and love a good carne asada).

That leaves four beds, an entire living room of furniture, dining room, kitchen jam packed with food and appliances, dressers, clothing, car seats, medical equipment, and much more.We will have to do an estate sale and then haul the rest off to the dump or donation centers.

 I am currently discussing a triple net deal that will have a medical tenant in the building.

I have a potential deal on a condo in a great neighborhood near the medical center, but have no experience with condos at all.
