Let me ask you another question, does my 5% conventional loan effect my FHA, Meaning will the new lender check the status of the conventional loan to see if I completed my year or will they only focus on their risk and my new loan.

When you have tenants that are not paying the rent for months, put an anchor in your offer that you will not buy this property until all the tenants will be evicted.After the eviction process make sure you will do another walkthrough to check the property status is the same as it was during the inspection period.

@Andrew Cho you can raise rents on non-RSO units but the eviction moratorium still applies regardless of RSO status.

Second question what would be the taxes structure and would the IRS label the LLC owner(s) a Dealers Status?
