Like you mentioned, 80% of our economy is based on tourism, so take a macroeconomic view on this, and all the subsidies we see in health care, construction, government jobs, low property taxes, etc. are all because they're being paid on the backs of tourists.

We suggested the tenant look in the market place and find a place that fit their desired rent. 

The inverse is typically true for cheaper areas, more distressed opportunities, but lower profits gained per job.

I noticed a big downturn in the job market in my industry (software development) which is very unusual. 

BP should definitely create a therapy group because I equally fall into that trap with some of our Chicago renovations...I went to a property to do a quick walkthrough check and then somehow I end up with a broom in my hand cleaning because messy job sites are my pet peeve.

I would suggest absorbing as much of this content as you can until you can answer that question by yourself.
