You'll be required to document that you can keep your existing job while moving to another state, or you'll have to document a new job you have in that new state.If you have a remote job, this is relatively easy to prove (email/letter from HR) and can be a great way to house hack.

We are in a weird spot as the attorney we used created the LLC but never sent us the final Operating Agreement (only the draft without our actual names on the signature lines).

In regards to taxes, I have a W2 job and I also have a 1099 job.

When in reality there is a desperate need for healthcare workers around the country and we could have a job tomorrow if we wanted.

We've typically either structured them with a new LLC with a solid operating agreement laying out everyone's duties, contributions, percentage of risk, and percentage of profit.

Since you are just graduating college you may already realize that it's not what you know, but who you know (as a personal note, I had college friends that were barely passing their classes however they ended up with really good paying jobs due to "who they knew").
