Rent has been steady, no memorable issues we couldn't solve and continue the arrangement.

Hence, I want relatively low risk, but with a return that at the very least maintains the purchasing power of my net worth.

@Robert Goldman, would you say that those results/issues are based on your location, or is that what you have observed from multiple places/opinions from others?
