My question is based on the following:lets say you put down 20% on 300K property which is 60k (plus closing costs ) and you are breaking even with you mortgage + other expenses(taxes ,management fees,...) included.

Folks - old Thread but typically what % do you expect annually for property management including some break/fix costs.

Including Sedona, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley, all in Arizona. 

also, I am exploring different funding options including HELOC, HEL, etc.Given current rates are quite high and sticky, how do you recommend to utilize these funding options?
