the human element is what is making me nervous.

@Joe ChirdonIt's hard to get a living human being to talk to you at the State Real Estate Commission until they "want" to talk to you.

Though I do believe us humans are having an adverse effect on the global climate I don't think it's going to cause a mass migration of people to move north anytime soon like 10 or 15 years, maybe 50 years down the road if some of those extreme climate model forecasts end up true and society sits and does nothing to improve the situation from now to then.

It is in human nature to not wanting to believe in unpleasant outlooks - take the 2007 crash.

We as humans tend to over complicate things and rationalize it in our minds as needed steps to achieve a goal and its just not so.

That went the same with hiring a 'local' mentor that I could see every month at meetings and feel that belief and trust from another human being I could actually talk to face to face.Good luck Miguel.

We love to believe that the banks see as as a customer in human form but that is not true. we are numbers in spreadsheets that have to perform against expectations.
