Is there any update on the status of this bill??

What's the dog's age, spay/neutered status (I ask for name of vet or clinic here), proof of current vaccinations and microchip (required here).

Ok, what about this: Since my main concern is neg cashflow on these rentals, would it make sense to pay these down for a year or so to build equity....then refi for the balance in order to lower the monthly payment...which then should change my status to positive cashflow!

It also appears to create some health risk, but literally destroys a home.

We have had situations where we were able to secure investor status for real estate dealers.

Of course, if you add that to the extra taxes that will be needed for universal health care and the extra taxes that will be needed to pay the interest on the TRILLIONS that the Chosen One has wasted, then you might be talking real money!
