Lost the opportunity on six.  

What is the opportunity cost of being in school- If you are to leave school without a business already built where are you going to go?

Looks like both West New York and Union City have areas under the Qualified Opportunity Zone.  

My wife would prefer to stick to a SFH as our primary residence, but if I can accumulate some additional capital along the way, I'd like to get into SFH or duplex rentals to start.I'm also looking for some good local networking opportunities, mentorship, and/or a local organization to join for those just starting out.

I am always looking for opportunities and try to avoid being complacent, which is why I am interested in the unlimited possibilitIes that real estate investment offers.I am currently at the end of the process for obtaining my real estate agent license.

If so, then you should have been given the opportunity to have him remedy it. 

On the surface this opportunity looks to be a dud.
