Sometimes they'll come out but only if you'll pay in cash, which is a non-starter for me for a few different reasons.I'm not sure if that will change if the unemployment stimulus isn't extended.

With the equity generated in the 10 unit, I was able to get the Bank to release the lien on my other properties which had originally secured the deal.I wish every deal worked like this!

My question is, since the mortgage was charged-off and the lien released, I'm assuming there's no way that this property can be foreclosed on?
