@Morgan RogersThis is not an opinion on allied but Waiting on funds until you sign the release Is very common (not only in these types of transactions but any contract with typically also involves lien waivers)Also it is common for the borrower to be sent back the original note as well since it’s been satisfied.

With the equity generated in the 10 unit, I was able to get the Bank to release the lien on my other properties which had originally secured the deal.I wish every deal worked like this!

My question is, since the mortgage was charged-off and the lien released, I'm assuming there's no way that this property can be foreclosed on?
