I would love to be your eyes and ears here in Kansas!

I know it’s a weak example but I’m all ears if you have something better.People will be mad and call about littering but you gotta do what you gotta do.Have you heard of anyone having success doing this?

When you do go simply explain what it is that you want to do with your real estate and put on your listening ears.

Good neighbors are your eyes & ears when you're not there.

I literally had people tell me I was mean and too strict and blah blah, in one ear out the other.

In the mean time, if you have any tips, suggestions, or ideas I am all ears!

@Joe Villeneuve - right, the first deal is always the hardest has been a common saying that I've heard and it's ringing true with me.
