Should it be double sided?

The market seems very hot at this point so not sure where the real-estate bubble is in the foresight.Looking at Bridgeport , Pilsen , Lower west , Maybe some suburbs to invent in.Its hard to get a double digit cash on cash return at this point. 

This year, I believe I can scale it even further and double those numbers. 

I always hate that going back and fourth with someone trying to find those free time slots that match up or double booking.

Some god terms might include "assignments", "double escrow/double closing", closing costs", you have to know how your state defines brokering because that may eliminate Assigning contracts due to legal issues without a license in states with laws regarding brokering.Hope that helps!!

It allows you to purchase the home and pay closing costs with a hard money loan then do a double close with the end buyer.

There's a lot I don't know for sure, since we haven't closed and it's hard to go double-check every time I have a new question.  

That's one nutty law.Can you not just double their rent?

The commission paid was doubled what it should have been. 

Note, Fico counts multiple mortgage inquiries as 1 inquiry for scoring purposes if they all occur within a 2 week time frame (you should double check that time frame).
