I found after the foreclosure sale, that the owner had filed another lawsuit, (just the day before the auction), against the lenders/debt collectors, disputing the debt, asking for a re-validation and essentially stating that the property should not have been foreclosed.

@Jay HinrichsI wish it was not so, but Trump, or any other president, is powerless to stop a recession, especially one that can potentially dwarf the GFC.He could make it less painful though and let it run its course for a swift resolution, going contrary to Roosevelt’s style in the 30s, which prolonged the Great Depression.

I also found out that the contractor I hired to fix other issues found during the inspection and were part of the resolution were never completed but I provided the buyers with invoices that the work had been completed.
