Just looking at my local stats, Fort Collins has less than a month supply of homes with an average sales price of over $387,000 (that's including both attached and detached).

So even though We have taken risks we never jump in until we have looked into all the obstacles first.

Well, i read this online but it is actually a book....Its the 7 laws of success by Deepak Chopra.There are whole paragraphs on each law, but my favorite law, and one that i think applies to entrepreneurs is law 6: the law of detachment.

I think that's what we saw earlier in this thread.This is what I'm talking about Vikram when you come in under the guise of some sort of emotionally detached third party observer.....and inevitably fall lock step in with the liberals.
