Here is an example I have been interested in note investing I bought a book on amazon  Note Brokering for $1.00 The book had tons of links that steer you deeper and deeper into forums,seminars,mentoring,etc etc.

I'm hunting around still and will be sure to look deeper into the aspects of each property before I make a final decision.

To cut to the chase, without delving into the nonessential verbiage.

Not only are you negative cash flow but any major repair, bad tenant or vacancy is going to dig you deeper.

I am looking for credible realtors and wholesalers that can snatch me a nice deal..Here are the areas I would like to delve into.
