All kidding aside; Since all but one of my properties are professionally managed, I have no idea as to how my tenants are doing financially, around the 15th of every month, I check all the bank accounts to see if the deposits are there from the PM, they were all there this month.If any of my PM's were to email, or call asking about rent forgiveness, I would not be happy since a major component of their job is to collect the rent every month.
