What would be on a business card?

An average day for me is 10-12 hours of WORK.I now earn over 6 figures on any given year.This year looks great as well.You expressed a desire not to work.And played the victim card as your introduction.Change you life.Change your attitude.And realize nothin is going to be given/handed to you.Earn your station in life.I am so sick of the people who think they are owed somthing lol.So in short change everything about who you are and you may amount to more than a drive through fast food employee.

Having been to many trade shows, this was probably the worst in terms of number and breadth of vendors on the floor.Finally <ahem> if you're going to go, bring some business cards and don't pay full price.

-Use the debit card for a property account to buy all your repair materials, painting supplies, gas when you drive to visit the property, credit checks for the tenants, etc.

We would be using a family members equity (obviously) which is only about $155K, so we would have to use some low rate credit cards for some of the rehab.

Now remember, i am not a CPA, attorney or anything with cool letters at the end of my business card; its just what i have learned.

Some general facts to consider about me: 1) Age: 25 2) Located in Houston, TX 3) Current net worth: $173,000 4) Debt: Primary Mortgage, no credit card debt 5) Income: Salary from work is $63,000 plus $1,500 a month in rent that I am currently getting from friends on a 3 bedroom condominium. 6) Liquid assets: about $15,000 worth of gold and silver at today's market price, $62,000 in liquid stocks that are not in a 401k or IRA.

And when that deal doesn't materialize because you know nothing about everything related to real estate, well, just get out that credit card and we have this script to help you bump up that credit line.
