I know there are exceptions, as I did buy one deal subject to from a licensed agent.....but it was his own property, and not a customer he was representing.

I've looked into it, but some of these properties are junk and these Gurus selling these courses or "you can use my guys" feels kinda scammy to me and probably make more in course fees than actual cash flow from their 100s of doors they supposedly have.

Where the manufacturers/builders tend to get frustrated is when they are finding about this last minute and you the customer ends up in the middle of a finger pointing disagreement where you dont know who is right or wrong. Â

The ones I have heard of/tested are as follows:Beyond Pricing, PriceLabs - are automated pricing toolsLodgify - is strong in website development (if you want to drive direct bookings) but from what I viewed are not as strong in the management toolsYourPorter - Cleaner communication toolOneRoofTop - decent tool set, heavy lifting, questionable sustainabilityMyVR - expensive but decent tool setBookerville - their customers love them, their technology appears to be old school (so does their name)I too am on the hunt for a solution because I want to become more passive, moving away from the daily grind of working "in" my business so I can work "on" my business.Â
