My plan is to make some exterior cosmetic renovations and renovate the two other units, but I have no idea what the arv is.You have to either buy or create equity to BRRRR.  

Trying to fix every last detail in order to make it perfect to please my customer.

I’ve seen some customers withdraw the listing then relaunch with the same agent in February / March for the spring market so days in market is reset to 0.

Even if you create a non-CA LLC, if you are managing the business from California, you will be deemed to be "doing business" in California and therefore subject to CA taxes.

I'm actually trying to provide value and create a win-win for both sides while I turn a profit.
