It is comprised of 6 brick buildings with 4 units in each building.      5 buildings are boarded up and in the need of significant repair including electric, plumbing, mechanicals,   drywall, kitchens, windows, bathrooms, and all interior cosmetic repairs.  

Repair cost will be additional but not looking to do more than cosmetic repairs.
