I am a college student doing an internship at a Boston based real estate investment firm that is offering a condo conversion program, and I am wondering how people feel about a fully hands-off real estate investment.

I've heard in passing conversations that bandit signs are either illegal or you need some type of license or something.

How would you start out the conversation?

In addition, since this conversation has become more about his affiliation with Montelongo than the question he asked (not sure if it was just an attempt to get people to check out his link . . .)

A developer has done a condo conversion in a very prestigous area of Phoenix.

If one quality leads turns into a lifetime of referrals, isn't that better than getting 1000 hits on your site with not conversion?

However, there's markets here in the great expansive Midwest that haven't hardly been touched by the conversion game.
