You will just have to find a deal and "sell" the idea to her if she is needed to make it happen.On your personal assets, if you are concerned you can talk to an estate planning lawyer and discuss personal and family trusts to hold assets.

If you are looking to personally profit (other than a salary) from your own not-for-profit company, then, as all cash said, you will most likely be on the wrong side of the law.As far as LLC's are concerned, that is a great way to invest.

I did make a negative call on the stock in my January stock investing newsletter and it fell almost $100 in the ensuing month.Unless the company addresses concerns of "Click Fraud" and comes out with innovative new products, I just do not see how it can continue to go up.
